Eligibility:
✔ Citizens of ASEAN Member States
✔ Aged 16–25 years old (must be currently in high school or undergraduate level)
✔ Able to speak and deliver a speech in English

📍 Final Round:
Top 10 finalists will deliver a 5-minute live speech, followed by a 2-minute Q&A with the judges — live at C asean, Bangkok on 1 August 2025.
✈️ Full sponsorship for airfare and accommodation will be provided for finalists residing outside Bangkok.

🥇 Winner – USD 700 + Certificate + The winner will have the honor of delivering a speech during the 58th ASEAN Day Celebration at C asean
1st Runner-up – USD 500 + Certificate
